ONE FALL NIGHT
The
Ronald McDonald House's "One Fall Night" was an event to remember.
The annual autumn fund-raiser, which included a dinner
and a wine-tasting, was held Friday, September 19th, at Ironwood Country
Club in Omaha.
This is the third year the Ronald McDonald House has
held an autumn fund-raiser.
The night began at 6:30 p.m. with a wine-tasting and
social hour. Dinner began at 8 p.m..
Guests then learned more about the Ronald McDonald
House and the people it serves, and were asked to join our "Hearts and Hands"
Club.
Those who gave a donation of $250 or more joined at the
"Hearts" level; those who gave $100 or more joined at the "Hands" level.
Those who joined received a small gift in
appreciation for their support.
"More important, they know they are helping the
Ronald McDonald House help families with sick children," said Mark Mowat, event
chairman.
