'Round Up' Rounds Up $5,000

 

    Nearly 50 McDonald's restaurants recently competed to see which could raise the most money for the Ronald McDonald House during an extended weekend.  Together, McDonald's raised more than $5,000 for the house. Restaurants in central Nebraska, the Lincoln area and the greater Omaha-Council Bluffs area participated.  The McDonald's situated at 40th and Dodge streets in Omaha raised the most money: $1285.50. Denise Trout is store manager.  The store will received movie tickets from Douglas Theatre Co. and Trout receives two tickets from Southwest Airlines.
