The
Ronald McDonald House, which is a nonprofit organization of dedicated volunteers
known as the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Omaha Inc., relies on the
support of the greater Omaha-area community. Volunteers help support the Ronald
McDonald House in many ways. They:
-
Prepare
and serve evening meals for our families. This is usually done by a
community organization or school group.
-
Collect
food, new toys, cleaning supplies and other items from our wish list.
-
Help
at our Spring and Fall Cleans, or at other times.
-
Make
cookies, cupcakes and other baked goods and bring them to the House for our
families.
-
Collect
pop tabs and participate in our “Thanks A Million” program.
-
Help
out in the office or assist with daily cleaning.
